Job summary

CareCore Health in Ohio is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team, delivering compassionate, resident-focused care across day and night shifts. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, assess residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered.
• Assess resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs while promoting quality resident care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.
• Help create a safe, respectful environment for residents and their families.
