Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will provide high-quality care during overnight hours, administer medications per physician orders, and monitor resident health.
This full-time role requires an active MO RN license and CPR/BLS certification; experience in skilled nursing is preferred. You will supervise CNAs, document care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, continuous care.
Schedule: 12-hour shift (7a-7p)

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition
Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to safety and care protocols
Accurately document care, updates, and incidents in medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Promote a calm, secure, and supportive nighttime environment for residents
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
