Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Fenton, MO, is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide overnight care, administer medications, and monitor resident health. You will supervise CNAs and document care while ensuring safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active MO RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during overnight hours.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure adherence to safety and care protocols.
• Accurately document care, updates, and incidents in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote a calm, secure, and supportive nighttime environment for residents.
