Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift at our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

Hours are 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m. with pay rates recently increased; compensation depends on years of experience, with an hourly range of $39.38–$53.00. Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN preferred or enrolled in BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurate patient information in EPIC.
• Interpret labs, telemetry, and other diagnostic data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Receive admissions and transfers.
