Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Lakeway, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for inpatient nights (7p–7a). Starting salary ranges from $32–$48 per hour, with competitive night/weekend differentials. You will join a tenured RN team focused on complex rehabilitation care.

Daily duties include direct patient care, applying the nursing process, and educating patients and families. Leadership and orientation programs support confident, compassionate care from day one.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program is preferred.
• Certified BLS completion and maintenance is required; see guidelines for new hires.
• Previous rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Educate patients, families, and team members to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs.
