Job Description

The DMC RN is responsible for nursing care, managing patient activities, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The RN demonstrates leadership, partnership, teaching, and supervision.

• Establishes relationships with physicians and healthcare providers
• Delegates, assesses, and evaluates patient care
• Prepares patients for discharge
• Reports to senior management and participates in decision-making

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Licensed as RN in Michigan required
• AHA BLS required
