Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ seeks a night shift, PRN Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include nursing process delivery, collaboration with physicians and the care team, and supporting patients and families in a fast-paced NICU.

Requirements: NICU Level II experience (minimum 1 year) with Level III preferred; BSN and recent acute care nursing experience are valued. Rate with experience and education. Position is on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year NICU Level II/Special Care Nursery experience required.
• NICU Level III experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) desired.
• Recent acute care nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams; provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends; supervise assigned team members.

The Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for…Promoting and restoring patients’ health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends and families and supervising assigned team member.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Level level II / special care nursery NICU experience required

NICU Level III experience preferred

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
