Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ is seeking a night shift, full-time ICU Registered Nurse to deliver high‑level patient care in a fast‑paced unit.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, an associate degree in nursing, 1+ year ICU or PACU experience, ACLS/PALS, BLS, and Basic Arrhythmia training; employees may receive various pay components and benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ RN experience in a hospital PACU or Critical Care Unit.
• Current NJ State RN license.
• ACLS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
• PALS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia Training.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Pay

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
