Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Night Shift, Full-Time Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit in Montclair, NJ. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of 1+ years' experience as an RN in a hospital PACU or Critical Care Unit.
• Current valid NJ State professional Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
• PALS (obtainable within the first three months of employment).
• Successful completion of a Basic Arrhythmia Training.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Experience with Epic

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
