Shift: Night Shift

Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am with every 3rd weekend rotation; part-time, working 48 hours every two weeks

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse will demonstrate performance aligned with professional standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network. The RN manages patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimal outcomes safely and cost-effectively. This position involves providing direct patient care in a Level III NICU.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or possess three years of related professional nursing experience
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• At least 2 years of Level III NICU RN experience required
