Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU on the night shift. You will provide direct neonatal care, using the nursing process and leading a care team to support vulnerable newborns.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an Oklahoma RN license, and BLS; NRP is required. This full-time role offers a dynamic, patient-centered environment in a 180-bed facility with a strong orthopedic and residency training emphasis.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.
• She or he provides direct care to these patients via the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation and management of other health care team members.
• Provides night shift care in NICU and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based neonatal care.
