Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage and supervise resident care in Minnesota facilities in alignment with the Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and the facility's QAPI program. The role ensures each resident receives high-quality person-centered care and conducts comprehensive health assessments with individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care per Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and the facility's QAPI program.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee the implementation of nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC line care.
• Document accurately and maintain a safe environment; supervise nursing staff.
• Participate in emergency and disaster procedures to support residents’ well-being.

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Position Summary

The RN manages and supervises resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Residents’ Bill of Rights, and the facility’s QAPI program, ensuring each resident receives the highest quality of person-centered care. The role conducts comprehensive health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and oversees the implementation of nursing interventions while continuously evaluating outcomes. The RN provides direct and specialized nursing services including IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education. All while maintaining strict adherence to scope-of-practice guidelines, safety protocols, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Additional responsibilities include accurate documentation, maintaining a safe environment, supervising and supporting nursing staff, ensuring adequate staffing, managing incidents, and participating in emergency and disaster procedures to promote residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care

• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living facilities
