Monarch Healthcare Management, a mission-driven company operating 60+ skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Minnesota, is seeking an RN.

The RN will manage and supervise tenant care, perform comprehensive assessments, and create detailed care plans in line with Minnesota BON standards and the QAPI program.

The role includes supervising LPNs, CNAs, ensuring safety, and upholding tenants' rights while supporting quality of life.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification and emergency care certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive tenant health assessments and establish baseline health status.
• Create detailed care plans addressing individual needs and preferences.
• Oversee and supervise licensed practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Minnesota BON standards and the QAPI program.

RN- Registered Nurse

Part-Time and Full-Time Shifts available

Position Summary:

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
