Regency Hospital - Macon in Macon, GA seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for new graduates to provide compassionate inpatient care on a full-time basis. The role features a 12-hour shift schedule and a $40.00 per hour compensation with substantial sign-on bonuses of $10,000 for Days and $15,000 for Nights.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement the plan of care.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan with problems, diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goal planning and evaluation.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
