Select Specialty Hospital - Savannah in Savannah, GA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a new graduate role. The position offers full-time, 12-hour shifts with a competitive hourly wage and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The facility focuses on post-ICU rehabilitation for critically ill patients, providing a structured orientation and growth opportunities. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program and obtain a state RN license prior to start; BLS is required at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physician and preceptor to implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families.
• Develop nursing care plans with diagnoses, orders, interventions, goals, and discharge planning.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team for rehabilitation goals.
• Ensure completeness and timeliness of medical records documentation.

Applicants may apply before being licensed however must have license upon start date.

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.
• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program
