Select Specialty Hospital Ft. Worth (Plano) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) New Graduate for a full-time day shift in Plano, TX.

The role includes a structured 10-13 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor, helping patients through post-ICU recovery with compassionate care. We offer a 100% company-paid scholarship (BSN), tuition reimbursement, continuing education, a clinical ladder, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a 401(k) plan for full-time staff.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete program requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and implementing the nursing care plan under supervision.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of patients' physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs.
• Document medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to meet rehabilitation goals.

Applicants may apply before being licensed however must have license upon start date.

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients/families.
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long term goals and discharge planning.
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.

Minimum Qualifications
