Job summary

Decatur Memorial Hospital is launching a Nurse Residency Program for new graduate RNs. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, surrounded by experienced nurses, preceptors and mentors dedicated to your success.

The program includes structured training, monthly residency sessions, and mentorship to build confidence and leadership. Compensation ranges from $30.23 to $48.37 per hour with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), flexible spending

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active RN license (Illinois) or pending.
• BLS certification required.
• New graduate RNs encouraged to apply; no experience required.

Education, Licensures & Certifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Pay Transparency

$30.23 - $48.37

Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
