Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in McKeesport, located inside UPMC McKeesport, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate for a day shift 7a-7p. Compensation is $39.38 per hour with weekend shift differentials and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• Valid State RN License required
• BLS required at hire
• Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program

Responsibilities

• With physician and preceptor, implement assessment plan, evaluate and follow up on the plan of care for the patient population.
• Initiate ongoing systematic assessment of physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
• Interpret assessment data to develop a nursing care plan with problems, diagnoses, orders, interventions and discharge planning.
• Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in rehabilitation goals assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Ensure medical records are complete, accurate and timely.

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.

Minimum Qualifications
