$20,000 sign‑on bonus

Program Overview

Our evidence‑based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse. You will automatically be enrolled in a comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.
