Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 9T Neurosurgical Telemetry unit. This full-time position requires 36 hours per week with a 7a-7p schedule and offers a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Registered Nurse (RN) - 9T Neurosurgical Telemetry

Charlotte, NC, United States

A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

Where You Will Work:

9T Neurosurgical Telemetry is Advance Spine Certified by the Joint Commission, offering the latest, innovative care for the Spine patients. World class ranked Spine surgeons, rated the best in the Country. 36 bed unit 14 beds telemetry monitoring capabilities. Post-operative spinal surgery Low/Moderate/High Pathway, Bundle Spinal surgery for:

• Lumbar disc disease
• Spondylolisthesis
• Spinal deformity
• Spine tumors or trauma

Surgical drains (JP, Hemovac) PCAs Progressive Mobility. Patients with Airway management via tracheostomy tube; on a trach collar, requiring no more than Q2H suctioning Intermittent BIPAP or CPAP HFNC.

We're Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
