Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in NICU to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.

You will deliver evidence-based neonatal care, support education, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, and Women's Care teams, following AWHONN/AACN guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
• BLS certification required and neonatal care experience.
• Minimum 6 months in Women and Infants nursing or completion of a fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal care and engage in education and competency validation.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and uphold safety and quality standards.

Role

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize patient safety, and support positive outcomes. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and contribute to a culture of wellness, safety, and continuous improvement. Work within units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, adhering to practice standards like AWHONN and AACN.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, relevant certification, and minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship. BLS certification required. Ability to work night shifts and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
