Texas Health Denton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU on a PRN Day Shift. You will provide skilled neonatal care in a high-acuity environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support families and achieve optimal outcomes.

This role runs 7 am–7 pm, with a 6-shift/6-week schedule and 2 weekend shifts required. Per diem status offers flexible hours and bedside care for newborns and their families.

Work hours:PRN Level III/per diem, Day Shift 7a - 7p, 6 shift/per 6-week schedule with 2 weekend shifts required, 1 major and 2 minor holiday shifts required

• 23-week gestation on up - working with preemies and multiples

• The deliveries average between 200-225 deliveries per month.
