Job summary

Texas Health Alliance is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a PRN III Night shift in the NICU. The unit is a Level III NICU with 8 beds and advanced neonatal care equipment. The position requires night hours (7p-7a) and a per diem schedule with a minimum 6 shifts every 6 weeks, including weekends and holidays.

The role may involve floating to the Mother/Baby Unit as needed and supporting CPAP, jets, and ventilator care for neonates. Fort Worth, TX area employment with Texas Health Alliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in a NICU, Level III setting is preferred.
• Per diem night-shift schedule requires flexibility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level III NICU.
• Assist with CPAP, ventilators, and monitoring of fragile neonates.

Work hours:

PRN Level III/per diem, Night Shift 7p - 7a; minimum requirement: 6 shifts per 6 weeks schedule, 2 weekend shifts per 6 weeks and 1 major and 2 minor holiday shifts a year
