The Mother Baby Unit is a 27 bed, couplet care unit. The nursing team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, family-centered care for parents and newborns. We support our families through one of life’s most meaningful journeys by focusing on breastfeeding support, education, and after discharge resources. The nursing team has a strong commitment to patient experience, quality outcomes, and teamwork. We have a collaborative team culture rooted in shared governance and encourage professional growth through certification and clinical ladder. Expectations We’re Looking For
