Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse to oversee health and safety programs for plant personnel, focusing on prevention, wellness, and rapid response to incidents.

The role requires an unrestricted RN license, 1+ year preferred, on-site duties Monday to Friday 10:00am–6:00pm with rotating Saturdays; on-the-job training provided; competitive benefits from day one. Occasional travel to local clinics may be involved.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience is preferred but not required. May consider new grads w/LPN experience and/or BSN degree.
• Occupational Health experience is not required. We will train on the job!
• Basic computer skills and comfort with electronic medical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to get along with others.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

The practice emphasizes promoting and restoring health, preventing illness and injury, and protecting individuals from work‑related and environmental hazards.

Travel: Occasionally travel to local clinics or hospitals.

Days/Hours of Position: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:00pm w/rotating Saturdays based on production needs
