• Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards and regulatory compliance to maintain a safe environment.
