AdventHealth in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical unit on the Day shift, full-time. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care; regularly evaluate and revise plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
