Texas Health Resources Rockwall is hiring a Registered Nurse II for Med Surg, full-time nights (7pm–7am; 3 x 12-hour shifts) with self-scheduling and every other weekend. Requires Nursing Diploma or ADN (BSN preferred), TX RN license on hire, and BCLS, CPI and ACLS within required timelines. Training will occur at the Arlington corporate office.
Med Surg experience is preferred; telemetry helpful. The department emphasizes teamwork, strong governance, and access to modern equipment.

Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire
