Job summary

Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 West inpatient unit. You will deliver patient-centered care on a 24-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence-based outcomes.

New grads and experienced RNs are welcome. ADN is required; BSN or higher preferred. Sign-on bonuses apply. Base pay ranges from approximately $41.93–$61.01 per hour, depending on experience and shifts.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN or higher preferred.
• Virginia RN license in good standing (compact if applicable).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic setting.
