The unit supports a fast-paced, team-based care environment with dedicated nurse educators and leadership, focusing on patient safety and outcomes across a range of acute conditions.

All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice Program. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly.
