Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System in Cushing, OK is seeking a Night Shift, PRN Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, quality care.

Requirements include ADN, Oklahoma RN license, BLS within 14 days of hire, and current practice with N-95 fit testing. Less than one year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) is required.
• Current Oklahoma RN License is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• N-95 fit test is required yearly.
• MAB credential (if applicable) is required.
• Less than one year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care specific to the age of the patient through the nursing process and collaboration with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Lead and direct nursing service personnel as needed.
• Demonstrate clinical skills appropriate to scope of practice and licensure.
