Overview
St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Program Manager to support Clinic Space Governance initiatives within our Clinic Administration team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable individual with a strong aptitude for learning, problem-solving, and facilitating projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, natural problem-solver, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Support Clinic Space Governance & Prioritization
- Help track and facilitate, through Close-out, clinic space projects, from new builds to relocations and reconfigurations.
- Assist in the prioritization process, ensuring projects align with system strategy and available resources.
- Work with the Clinic Space Program Manager to ensure governance decisions are documented and communicated.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Team Coordination
- Partner with clinic leaders, Real Estate, Facilities, IHT, Finance, and other key teams to align space solutions with clinic needs.
- Support relationship management and communication across groups.
- Data Management & Project Reporting
- Maintain tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility into project status, backlog, risks, and key milestones.
- Assist in tracking project success metrics, including space utilization, financial impact, and provider/patient experience.
- Process Improvement & Governance Evolution
- Identify opportunities to streamline the space request, governance, and reporting process.
- Document workflows and support process refinements to improve transparency and efficiency.
- Follow-Through & Execution
- Ensure tasks, deliverables, risks management, and follow-ups are completed with attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience
- Licenses/Certifications: None
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in program/project management, healthcare operations, business administration, or related fields.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Project for the Web, or other tracking/reporting systems is a plus.
- Interest in clinic operations, healthcare facilities, or space planning/governance is beneficial but not required.
