St. Joseph Of The Pines in North Carolina seeks a full-time Registered Nurse Manager/Clinical Care Coordinator to coordinate clinical services for residents, oversee plans of care, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• ADN or BSN required.
• Current RN License in North Carolina.
• Minimum one year of recent long‑term care or skilled nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and ongoing clinical care.
• Monitor resident outcomes and update care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
• Provide clinical leadership, delegation, and support to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and care teams to ensure quality care and resident satisfaction.
