Job summary

Provident Home Healthcare is a local, family-owned home care agency serving adults and pediatric clients in Minnesota. We are Medicare certified and fully accredited, offering in-home nursing across Maplewood, Roseville, Eagan, St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights and other communities.

We provide a comprehensive training program, 401K, health insurance, supplemental coverage, vacation and holiday pay, bonuses, flexible FT/PT schedules, stable hours and ample CEUs. Advancement from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• New grads welcome to apply and train with experienced staff.
• Home health care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients in the community.

• Monitor patient health status and report changes to physicians.
