Job summary

Provident Home Healthcare in Minnesota is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are passionate about home-based care. New grads are welcome to apply and will receive thorough paid orientation and training.

You will support real patients with complex needs in community settings, including trach/vent care for some clients, and collaborate with a dedicated team to keep clients safe at home.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license in Minnesota required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in community settings.
