Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities include developing nursing care plans, coordinating with physicians and therapists, and ensuring accurate medication administration in a safe, compliant environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona RN license, has at least 1 year hospital experience (preferably in acute rehabilitation), and can work flexible hours. Proficiency with electronic charting is required, with BLS mandatory and ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 1 year hospital experience.
• Prior RN experience in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• BLS is required; ACLS is preferred.
• TB test within the past year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance (current).
• Efficient in electronic charting system.

Responsibilities
