Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a clean, safe environment. The RN will develop and ensure the nursing care plan, perform nursing diagnoses, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and nursing assistants to coordinate care.

The ideal candidate holds an active Arizona RN license, has hospital experience in an acute rehab or acute care setting, and can work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficient in electronic charting system.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB within a year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Fingerprint clearance (current).

Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as directed.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
