The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the night shift. This 12-hour schedule runs from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with full-time opportunities and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying RNs and LPNs.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical charting.
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow established nursing policies, procedures, and care plans.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
