Job summary

The Greens at Erwin is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for PRN night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Join a supportive clinical team and pick up additional shifts to supplement income with flexible scheduling and shift differentials.

We value dependable nurses who can provide direct patient care, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team. Tennessee licensure and CPR are preferred qualifications for this role.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and committed to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow clinical, safety, and infection control standards.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
