Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, TN, is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs for the day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM). This full-time role supports residents in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment, collaborating with CNAs and physicians to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, documentation, and responding to changes in resident conditions. Active TN LPN or RN license and strong teamwork are required; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting

• Every Other Weekend Rotation
