The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, TN is seeking compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team for the night shift on a 12-hour schedule. This PRN role offers flexible hours, extra shifts, and opportunities to supplement income while caring for residents.

Ideal candidates hold an active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing, with a preference for those with CPR certification and prior long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN or RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and committed to providing high‑quality resident care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow clinical, safety, and infection control standards
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
