Job summary

Tanner Health seeks a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise other RNs, LPNs, and assistive personnel in nursing care per the state nurse practice act. The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and evaluate care effectiveness in collaboration with the care team.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, coordinating with physicians and support staff, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and quality outcomes across departments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Georgia RN license and be in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/Cath Lab roles.
• NRP certification within 12 months for Nursery and L&D.
• PALS certification within 12 months in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

Licenses & Certifications

• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year L&D experience preferred
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if taking GI call, or Cath Lab.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D
• PALS within on year of hire in PACU
• NOTE: SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
