Samaritan Health Services in Albany, Oregon, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor and Delivery to provide safe, age-appropriate direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process within Oregon Board guidelines.
Starting bonus and relocation assistance are available. Requires BLS at hire; ACLS/PALS within 90 days; NRP and STABLE within six months; works in a fast-paced team with diverse patients.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care, while practicing within the scope of practice of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.
The LDRP team offers labor, delivery and recovery including post partum and newborn care by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff in a family centered caring and medically safe environment. All sites are trained in GYN surgical care, while AGH practices pediatrics as well.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.
ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
NRP and STABLE required within six (6) months of hire.

Basic understanding of age-related differences in caring for and/or communicating with patients and caregivers.
