Salary Range Salary Range: $24.73 - $36.32

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Assists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and relaying test results. Provides safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Women's Health team offers a full range of OB/GYN care including well-woman exams, contraception (birth control), obstetric care (including labor and delivery), treatment for infertility, menopause and hormones, continence therapy and treatment, pelvic prolapse therapy and repair, treatment for uterine disorders, treatment for menstrual (period) disorders, treatment for gynecologic cancers and gynecologic/urologic surgery.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.

Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Lab/EKG experience preferred.
