Job summary

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week seasonal assignment in the L&D units, with night shift coverage. This role requires current Arizona RN licensure, BLS, and 2 years of relevant experience.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required. As a seasonal employee you’ll join a compassionate team and enjoy the benefits highlighted by TMC, including competitive pay and a living-expenses stipend for those living beyond 100 miles.

Unit Information:

Hiring in all Medical Surgical Units including Adult Medical Surgical, Neuro, Ortho, and Cardiac

Requirements:

Education:

Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.

Experience:

Licensed and/or certified in the state of Arizona, minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience in the area of interest.

Licensure or certification:

Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Some departments such as OR, Ambulatory Surgery, Pediatrics/PICU, PACU, and GI Lab will require advanced life support certification (ACLS and PALS).

*Current employees are not eligible. Previous employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 1 calendar year. Previous seasonal employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 6 months.
