Job summary

Tucson Medical Center (TMC) is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week seasonal NICU night shift role. This position offers the unique opportunity to join Tucson’s only nonprofit community hospital and contribute to high-quality patient care during peak seasonal demand.

Requirements include graduation from a recognized nursing program, AZ RN licensure with BLS, and 2+ years of relevant experience. Some departments may require ACLS/PALS.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.
• AZ RN licensure and BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required for certain departments.
• Minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience in the area of interest.

Unit Information:

Hiring in all Medical Surgical Units including Adult Medical Surgical, Neuro, Ortho, and Cardiac

Requirements:

Education: Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.

Experience: Licensed and/or certified in the state of Arizona, minimum 2 years of recent relevant experience in the area of interest.

Licensure or certification: Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Some departments such as OR, Ambulatory Surgery, Pediatrics/PICU, PACU, and GI Lab will require advanced life support certification (ACLS and PALS).

*Current employees are not eligible. Previous employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 1 calendar year. Previous seasonal employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 6 months.
