Job summary

Trinity Health's St. Mary’s Float Pool in Georgia is seeking full-time Registered Nurses for Week Day and Week Night Float assignments, with sign-on bonuses of $10K for Day shifts and $15K for Night shifts. No call and no weekend requirements apply, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Two levels: Level 1 covers med/surg/intermediate care; Level 2 adds critical care experience. GA RN license with current BLS required; graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and 18 months

Qualifications

• Must be a GA-licensed RN with current BLS.
• 18+ months med/surg/intermediate care experience; Level 2 adds 1 year critical care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across multiple units.
• Coordinate care in med/surg/intermediate and critical care settings.

• The St. Mary's RN Float Pool consists of 2 different levels: The Float RN Level 1 is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of specified nursing units. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience.
• The Float RN Level 2 is responsible for assessing. planning, implementing and evaluating the care of patients in a variety of nursing units including specialty areas in Critical Care. Must have a minimum of 18 months med/surg/intermediate care experience and one year of critical care RN experience.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. Current BLS certification required.

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
