Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care/Step Down Unit (3 East) in Virginia Beach, VA. The role supports a 7a–7p day shift, with a strong emphasis on new graduate onboarding through a dedicated Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• RN degree/diploma required for licensure in Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to IMCU/SDU patients.
• Monitor patient status and vitals; respond to changes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Follow clinical policies, safety protocols and infection control.
