The unit has an active Partnership council and is currently involved with the hospital Magnet redesignation journey. All new grad RNs receive a 10 to 12-week clinical preceptorship as well as enrollment in the Transition to Practice Program. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
