Shifts available: Nights with rotating weekends. Must have 1 year of acute care RN experience and an active FL RN license (or compact) with BLS.

Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Florida RN license required or compact licensure; active FL license within 90 days; BLS certification.

Position:Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Surgical Unit

Shifts Available: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured, and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Job Role:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Requirements: Must have 1 year of recent acute care RN experience within the last 2 years.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire. BLS certification.

Compensation:

• Pay Rates: UP to $43.20/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Sign On: case by case
• Relocation: case by case
• Shift Diff:$4.25/hr. (Nights); $3/hr. (Weekends)
